Features:
1. 1. Single use should be selected according to the performance requirements of the product. The particle size is closely related to the performance of the composite material. 3.After being ultrafine, aluminum hydroxide is easy to agglomerate due to its increased specific surface area, poor compatibility with polymers, and difficulty uniformly disperse, which affects the processing performance of composite materials. The hydrophobic aluminum hydroxide has good interface compatibility with the polymer. The coating layer on the surface can have a bonding reaction with the base resin group, reduce the viscosity of the blend, eliminate the interface stress concentration, and improve the mechanical properties of the composite material. It is recommended to use hydrophobic products.
The ignition loss of aluminum hydroxide is 34.5±0.5%, and its chemical composition and logistics characteristics should meet the requirements.
