1、Measurement of oil absorption value

Take 5g of aluminium hydroxide and place it on a clean flat glass? Then drop analytically pure castor oil into the aluminium hydroxide to be measured, stirring while dropping until the aluminium hydroxide to be measured can adhere more firmly together, note down the amount of castor oil (ml) at this time, i.e. the amount of castor oil adsorbed for 5g of aluminium hydroxide, then convert it into the amount of adsorption for 100g of aluminium hydroxide, i.e. the amount of oil absorption measured.

2、Measurement of unsaturated polyester paste viscosity

Weigh a certain amount of unsaturated polyester and aluminium hydroxide powder according to the mass ratio of 2:3, placed in a beaker, put into a constant temperature of glycerine bath, stirring paddle at different heights with the same stirring mode, stirring intensity, stirring time to stir the mixture to make it mixed uniformly, after the mixed paste reaches a predetermined temperature, continue to keep warm for 20min (due to the poor fluidity and heat transfer of unsaturated polyester, so keep a certain time to wait for its temperature to reach uniformity everywhere), after the temperature is stable, use a viscometer to measure and get the viscosity value of the mixed paste.

3、Measurement of loose and reloading densities

Take a 10ml clean and dry measuring cylinder, add aluminium hydroxide powder to 10ml, weigh and measure the bulk density; then shake 100 times up and down at a height of 30mm and measure the bulk density.
